Q: How long will it take for my strings to arrive?

A: Your strings will be mailed on the day you order or the next business day (Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays). Orders are shipped using Australia Post's Parcel Post for a very speedy delivery time. Please allow up to 15 working days (normally 3-4 days) for delivery.

 

Q: Where do you get the strings from?

A: We import the strings directly from the USA, all packaging and printing is done right here in Australia.

 

Q: If I order my strings in bulk do I get a discount?

A: The price AUStrings has already set out has included massive discounted prices right across the board, Once you start using AUStrings we are certain that you will be more than pleased, and agree the price is value for money.

 

Q: Can I pick up the Strings from your office?

A: I'm sorry but we do not allow pick ups of any sort.

 

Q: If I order the wrong strings from you can I exchange them?

A: Certainly... Log on to our website, then go to 'contact us' send us

an email with the correct string type you want, AUStrings will

send the new order out to you upon return of your previous order.

(You are liable for all postage costs of your exchange shipment.)

 

Q: How much are your postage charges?

A: Austrings chooses to use Australia Posts Parcel Post Service,
rates are calculated on weight and zone plus packaging charges.

Q: Are you sure it's safe to put my credit card details online?

A: This is the most common way to purchase. It is also extremely safe as we use the most up to date encryption technology available online today.
